One of the few universal truths in life is that we all fail a lot, it’s a normal part of the human experience, like breathing, eating. In fact, it’s not normal, it’s necessary. Your growth as a person, and as a professional has a lot to do with how you understand and use the setbacks you face. Unfortunately, for far too many people, the experience of failure is negative. The word itself has taken on a huge negative dishonour or shame.  People don’t want to focus on their failures.
That’s too bad, we need to talk and think and give time to understand failure because they do represent the key to your success

We love and celebrate success, thus we dislike and shun its opposite, failure. But that’s not good logic. It’s our negative thinking. We can understand the importance of failure. It’s an important part of a journey for success.

  • Steven Spielberg was rejected by The University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts multiple times. And then went on to win three Academy Awards and numerous lifetime achievement awards.

Ask one question, What makes them so special?
Is it their amazing talent and intelligence? Maybe, but most experts point to something else. Work ethic, tenacity, and a strong desire to not give up. They were willing to fail many times. While most people would have quit after one big failure.
